Libya said the Government would try to Qaddafi’s children at home

People want to see Libya Saif al-Islam Gaddafi tried at home for a crime he committed against the people of Libya, said the Minister, Mahmoud Shammam.

Saif al-Islam, were arrested over the weekend, wanted by the Netherlands of the ICC on charges of crimes against humanity.

"The ICC is only a secondary Court, and the people of Libya will not allow Saif al-Islam to be tried on the outside," Shammam told The Associated Press on Sunday.

ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo told the AP Saturday that he will travel to Libya on Monday for talks with the Transitional Council on Libya in which the Court is going to happen.
