T.J Maloney

I consider it as an incredible opportunity and I amhumbled to be a part of it.’ Maloney begins his new responsibilities asExecutive Director on March 21, 2011.
T.J. Maloney is President of Lincolnshire Management which he joined in 1993.Prior thereto, he practiced merger, acquisition and securities law in New YorkCity.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston Collegeand the Board of Trustees of Fordham University. Mr. Maloney has lecturedextensively and has served as a guest lecturer at several universities includingthe Columbia University M.B.A. Program.

Mr. Maloney is a graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1975) and Fordham LawSchool (J.D. 1979). He is the 2007 recipient of the Richard J. Bennett MemorialAward, presented by Fordham Law School in recognition of corporate leaders withthe highest moral standards. Mr. Maloney previously served on the Board ofDirectors and the Executive Committee of the English Speaking Union of theUnited States and the Board of Trustees of The Tilton School. Mr. Maloney hasalso served on the Board of Directors of several public and numerous privatecompanies. Lincolnshire Management is a private equity firm focused onleveraged buyout investments in middle-market companies across a range ofindustries.
